From the team

Most equity research available to retail investors falls into two camps: a chatbot that quotes a price target without showing its working, or a paywalled report behind an institutional terminal. Neither lets you change an assumption and watch the value move.

Intrinsic is the workbook a junior analyst would build on a Sunday — pulled from public filings, with every formula on the page. Open one, change a number, see what happens.

Methodology

Built from public filings, not from a prompt.

Each model pulls trailing financials from SEC EDGAR and yfinance, applies a six-year discounted cash flow with mid-year convention, and cross-checks against a peer-group multiples analysis. Every assumption is yours to set; every formula in the workbook traces back to a public source.

Notes when we cover something new.

Roughly monthly. A short read on what's been added to the platform — new sectors, model refinements, the occasional piece of research from a name we've been working on. Plus a note when something material ships.
